Job description
The Laundry Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all laundry operations, ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety. This role includes managing staff schedules, monitoring inventory, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the correct use of chemicals and machinery. The supervisor also handles guest requests, resolves issues related to damaged or lost items, and provides training to team members. Compliance with safety protocols and hotel policies is maintained at all times to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or management is a plus.

Proven experience in laundry operations, preferably within a hotel or hospitality setting.

Strong knowledge of laundry equipment, chemical usage, and cleaning techniques.

Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise teams effectively.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality standards.

Basic skills in inventory management and record keeping.

Ability to handle guest requests and resolve complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
