Job description
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the efficient operation of the department, aligned with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and ownership. This role oversees the assigned outlet as an independent profit center, ensuring it operates in accordance with its concept and Hyatt standards. The manager is accountable for delivering maximum guest satisfaction, maintaining budgetary discipline, and contributing to the outlet's overall financial success.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in restaurant management within upscale or high-volume environments.
· Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
· In-depth understanding of restaurant operations, financial oversight, and delivering exceptional guest service.
· Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
· Outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
· Proven track record in training, developing, and motivating high-performing teams.
· Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
