As a Steward Team Leader, you're responsible to oversees the daily operations of the stewarding department within a hospitality establishment, ensuring the cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas. Also manage a team of stewards, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring adherence to sanitation and safety standards.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

This position is only for Indonesian.

· 
Minimum 2 (two) years experience in a similar role in a luxury resort environment.

· 
Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (HACCP).

·  Effective communication skills to interact with team members and other departments.
·  Attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards.
·  Problem-solving skills to address issues promptly and effectively.
· 
Ability to manage schedules, delegate tasks, and supervise team performance.

·  Strong communication and teamwork skills with F&B and management.
·  Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve lifting and carrying heavy items.
