As a Duty Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the smooth operation of the establishment and providing guests with a memorable and enjoyable experience during their stay.

Qualifications :

This position is only for Indonesian.

·  Minimum 2 (two) years experience in the same position.
·  Well-versed with Opera Cloud, Medallia, Hotsos, as well as other systems and reports.
·  Enjoys interaction and naturally well versed with social conversation
·  Confident problem solver with guest first mindset while keeping the integrity of the operations intact.
·  Well versed in managing different departments relation to achieve result required
