As Pool Club Team Leader, you will support the smooth running of daily operations while leading our colleagues from the front. You will set the tone for warm, intuitive service and help create memorable moments for every guest, from a relaxed afternoon by the pool to a lively gathering with friends.

What you'll do

· Lead daily Pool Club operations, ensuring service runs smoothly, safely and efficiently.
· Support, coach and motivate colleagues to deliver genuine, attentive hospitality.
· Welcome guests and build positive, personalised connections.
· Coordinate reservations, seating, service flow and guest requests.
· Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, beverages, venue offerings and local experiences.
· Monitor presentation, cleanliness, stock levels and operational standards.
· Resolve guest feedback with confidence, care and good judgement.
· Work closely with the wider Food & Beverage team to create a seamless guest experience.
· Support onboarding and ongoing development of new and existing colleagues.
· Assist with administrative duties, reporting and shift planning as required.
· Uphold all health, safety, licensing and brand standards.

Qualifications :

What we're looking for

·  Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within hospitality, hotels, restaurants or bars.
·  A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
·  Confident leadership skills and the ability to inspire others.
·  Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
·  A calm, hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.
·  Sound knowledge of food, beverage and responsible service practices.
·  Availability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
·  A current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
·  Must already have current and ongoing working rights for Australia.
