Job description

Responsibilities:
Provide a range of treatments such as massages, body therapies in line with the spa protocols and guest preferences.
Conduct consultations with guests to understand their needs and recommend personalized wellness treatments.
Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of spa treatment areas.
Promote spa services and retail products to enhance the guest’s experience.
Keep accurate records of treatments provided and report any issues to the Spa Manager.
Continuously update knowledge of products, therapies, and techniques in line with industry standards and Alila’s offerings.
Ensure a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for all guests.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a luxury resort or spa environment.
Relevant certifications in massage therapy and other spa treatments.
Strong knowledge of a variety of massage techniques, skincare, and wellness practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
A positive, flexible attitude and ability to work as part of a dynamic team.
Proficiency in English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
