Job description

General Responsibilities

· Meet, Greet and assists all guests on arrival and departure from the spa.
· Comply with safety measures for all guests, self and team.
· Processes sales transactions and stock transfers.
· Help the guests choose an appropriate treatment from the menu suited to the individual.
· Ensure that all services that are offered on the menu are available to the guests.
· Have an intimate knowledge of the spa menu and details of each experience offered and its products.
· Must participate in ongoing Spa training and training provided by Alila Resort.
· Ensure that all stations including retail, cash tills, refreshments, and stationary are stocked and ready for operation.
· To manage the daily needs of the guests and apply appropriate and fair changes in therapist’s schedules.
· Support therapists to ensure that all treatment rooms are stocked with appropriate products and supplies.
· Be confident to handle stressful situations and difficult guests.
· Ensure all daily and monthly reports are completed successfully in a timely manner.
· Ensure guest safety and report any damages or hazardous equipment or furniture.
· Assist with weekly and monthly attendance sheet when required.
· Be able to do internal stock transfers.
· Support spa manager on daily basic operations, reporting and inventory stock maintain.
· Work to ensure consistency and the highest level of excellence.
· Be well groomed and presentable with a cleanly pressed uniform.
· Must have spa reception area open and ready for service on time as to company standards.
· Provide sensory testing with retail products for guests.
· Support the team to reach retail sales targets as well as treatment upselling.
· Ensure reception area is kept clean and organized at all times.
· Able to manage therapist roster correctly and equally.
· Willing to learn new tasks.
· Able to multitask and prioritize.
· Confidant, well-spoken and friendly personality.
· Team player, able to resolve conflict in the team.
