· Oversee all spa operations, ensuring exceptional service standards.
· Lead and inspire the spa team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
· Create and implement wellness programs that align with current wellbeing trends.
· Ensure the spa's atmosphere is inviting and relaxing for all guests.
· Manage inventory, budgets, and financial performance of the spa.
· Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the spa.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, addressing their needs and preferences.
· Continuously seek ways to enhance guest experiences and exceed expectations

·  Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with an outgoing and confident personality.
·  In-depth knowledge of wellness trends, treatments, and products.
·  Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
·  Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle.
·  Ability to create a positive and engaging atmosphere for both guests and team members.
·  Strong communication skills and proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
·  Experience working in remote locations is a significant advantage, demonstrating your ability to adapt, thrive, and maintain high standards insecluded and serene environments, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
