Assistant Manager - Hygiene

Job description

Responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager Hygiene monitors hygiene and food safety standard in all areas and makes recommendations to the concerned management staff and fully implements and maintains the HACCP system into the food & beverage operation

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Extensive Knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards . Maintain High standards of Hygiene in accordance with The Hotel’s standards and financial goals.

1-2 years work experience as Assistant Manager Hygiene or 4-5 years in the field in large group of hotels with good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands.
