Job description
· Assists in the preparation of the Training Departmental Operations Manual.
· Administrates all employee training records, ensuring that they are kept up to date.
· Administrates, coordinates and monitors the “Training for your future” programme.
· Responsible for the timely completion and submittal of training records and reports.
· Assists in the administration of claims for training activities.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years work experience as training Coordinator/executive in a hotel with good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands. Basic Computer Skills in MS Office.
