Job description
· Oversee all aspects of facility operations.
· Manage maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality service.
· Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and resolve issues.
· Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
· Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
· Coordinate repairs, renovations projects.
· Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
· Respond to resident service requests and emergencies with professionalism and urgency.
· Monitor security systems and coordinate with security personnel as needed.
· Prepare reports on maintenance activities, expenses, and operational performance.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in facility or property management.
· Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety standards.
· Excellent leadership and team management skills.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
