You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Sales Manager is the responsible sales specialist and will act to ensure the related revenue targets are met in the most effective and profitable way.

Qualifications :
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Sales Manager or 3 - 4 years’ experience as a Sales Executive. Existing network of national and international DMC and Wholesale account is an asset. Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation, good problem solving and administrative skills and high competency in Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint systems. Fluency in spoken and written English required.
