Dynamic F&B professional with Bar/Club background.
Solely responsible for rooftop bar/ lounge operations.
Strive to ensure the guest and employee satisfaction, promoting the lounge, menu planning, maintaining standards, liquor inventories and control. Accountable in enforcing all legal obligations professionally and consistently.
To be successful in this role, the applicant should possess a degree or diploma in hospitality with excellent knowledge in bar operations with minimum 1 year of managerial experience in Bar/Club operations with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications :
Ideally with a relevant degree. Minimum 2 years work experience as Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
