Guest Services Officer – One Duck Lane

Job description
· Under the direction of the F&B Operations Manager, the Service Associate is responsible for mise-en-place, service, cashiering and maximization of guest satisfaction in the outlets
· Responsible for full set of receptionist duties including greeting guests, handling telephone enquiries, and managing customer bookings (Guest Service Officer – Chinese)
· Take orders and serve food and beverages
· Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area
· Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions & enquiries
· Provide friendly and professional customer service to our guests in accordance to hotel standards
· Create memorable guest experiences, especially on different occasions (Wedding anniversary, Birthday, etc.)
· Assist to ensure a smooth operation and achieve a high level of customer service within the restaurant
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Has a basic knowledge of POS systems and online restaurant platforms
· With a can-do attitude and teamwork mind-set
· Exceptional customer orientation and relationship building skills
· Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Able to work independently
· Able to work under pressure, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
