The Role

As a Reservation Host (Arabic Speaker) , you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they inquire about a stay. Your role is essential in delivering personalized service and ensuring every guest feels at home.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Previous experience in reservations, front office, or guest services preferred.

Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a care-driven mindset.

Proficiency in hotel systems and MS Office is an advantage.
