Job description
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Reservations Agent is responsible to manage the Reservations Department and work closely with Director of Revenue, relevant Rooms Departments to maximise Room Yield through Inventory Control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with the Hyatt's Brand Standards.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Ideally with a certificate or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience in Front Office department in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must. Computer literate and Excellent English communication skills both in written and verbal.
