To assist the Purchasing Manager in the planning and procurement of material, included vendor development and administration of contract services in accordance iwth the hotel policy and procedures.

Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager in Purchasing or as Supervisor in larger operations. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
