Duties and responsibilities related to the Night Supervisor role

·Responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work

·Responsible for all Front Office functions during the overnight shift

·Responsible for checking in and checking out of all hotel guests

·Responsible for handling guest complaints during the night shift

·Responsible for training and managing the Night Receptionist

·The role includes supervising and training Hosts, as well as assisting the Night Manager and cooperatingwith the smooth and efficient running of the hotel

·Be able to cover the Night Manager shift as business required

About You

You have previous experience in hotel front office operations, ideally within the premium segment. Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities, you take a guest-focused approach in everything you do. With proven leadership skills, you are able to motivate, guide, and support your team while maintaining professionalism, consistency, and attention to detail.
