Job description
Graphic Design & Content Creation:
· Design high-quality marketing materials, including social media graphics, digital ads, brochures, banners, and promotional materials.
· Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets in line with Hyatt’s global brand guidelines.
· Develop creative concepts for campaigns, promotions, and special events.
· Work with photographers and videographers to create engaging visual content.
· Manage and update digital assets, including website banners, eDMs, and in-house screens.
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
· Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive revenue.
· Support the execution of integrated marketing initiatives, including social media, digital marketing, and offline activations.
· Collaborate with the Cluster Marketing Manager on promotional strategies, seasonal campaigns, and key hotel events.
· Work closely with internal teams (Sales, F&B, Rooms) to support their marketing needs.
Social Media & Digital Marketing:
· Assist in managing the hotel's social media platforms, ensuring engaging and visually appealing content.
· Create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics.
· Work with digital agencies to enhance online presence and performance.
Event & Partnership Support:
· Support in planning and executing hotel events, influencer collaborations, and media engagements.
· Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and brand partners for joint promotions.
· Assist in the preparation of marketing reports and presentations.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
· 2+ years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or a similar role (hospitality experience is a plus).
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
· Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for design and branding.
· Experience with social media management and content creation.
· Basic knowledge of digital marketing trends and website content management.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
