Position: Marketing Communications Manager
Primary Responsibilities:
International Public Relations & Social Media Management
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement international public relations, marketing communications, and advertising strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
· Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships with international Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, media representatives, and other brand collaborators.
· Lead and execute brand communication initiatives to strengthen brand awareness, positioning, and market presence.
· Develop, edit, and maintain high-quality English-language marketing and communication materials for both internal and external stakeholders.
· Manage the hotel's official social media channels, with a primary focus on Instagram, including content planning, copywriting, Reel creation, and performance monitoring & analysis.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Native English-speaking staff with a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
· Demonstrated experience in the hospitality industry or with a luxury brand is required.
· Proven experience managing Instagram or other social media platforms, including the creation of engaging visual and video content such as Instagram Reels.
· Strong experience in writing press releases and developing marketing, advertising, and promotional materials.
· Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns, media events, and promotional initiatives is highly desirable.
· Business-level Japanese communication skills are preferred.
· Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
