Opportunity is calling to join our Front Office team at Australia's largest hotel. We are on the look-out for the following:
Guest Service Officer - Full Time, open to Part Time
Bell Attendant - Full Time, open to Part Time
Doorperson - Full Time

The Role:
As a Guest Service Agent , you will serve as the face of our property assisting our guests with all enquiries to achieve and maintain the Hyatt 5-star standards. You will conduct a large volume of check-ins and check-outs, professionally handle complaints and be readily able to make recommendations to complement our guest's stay. You will deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external guests and strive to create memorable experiences.
As a Bell Attendant , your responsibilities will include the handling and delivering of luggage, attending to requests, maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere in the lobby and assisting guests where needed – including transport, directions and general enquiries. You will deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external guests and strive to create memorable experiences.
As the Doorperson , you will be the first person guests see when they arrive to the hotel and also when they depart. Supervising the drive-way, you will manage the flow of traffic and work collaboratively with the Bell Attendants to load/unload guest luggage. With a warm and professional manner, you will provide exceptional guest service greeting and farewelling all guests and visitors.
Our ideal candidates will possess:
· Previous experience in a hotel or premium environment
· Exposure to using OPERA system – highly regarded
· Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a high-volume and fast paced environment
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent grooming and personal presentation
· Valid Australian working rights, full availability across all 7 days
