Job Overview
The Integrated Marketing Intern, ASPAC, supports the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, seasonal activations, and social media initiatives that drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and commercial performance. Working closely with the Integrated Marketing team, the intern will assist with campaign coordination, content management, marketing calendar updates, and administrative support to help ensure the successful delivery of marketing initiatives together with Integrated Marketing team members.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to integrated marketing, digital and social media, content development, agency collaboration, and cross-functional project coordination.
The role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about marketing, highly organized, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in hospitality and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Coordination
· Support the execution of integrated marketing and F&B campaigns and seasonal activations across multiple marketing channels.
· Assist in coordinating campaign timelines, deliverables, and project trackers.
· Help organize campaign assets and maintain marketing documentation.

Support campaign launch preparations and post-campaign reporting.
Social Media and Content Support
· Assist in maintaining the content calendar for social media platforms when needed.
· Support content scheduling, publishing, proofreading, and quality checks.
· Coordinate content requests and asset collection from internal teams and agency partners.
· Monitor social media activity and compile basic performance reports.
· Sorting suitable KOL candidates across markets based on campaign owner's requirements.
Research & General Marketing Support
· Conduct market, competitor, and consumer trend research.
· Assist in collecting campaign performance data and preparing marketing reports.
· Support the team in identifying marketing best practices and emerging industry trends.
· Provide administrative support for marketing projects and special initiatives.
· Assist with event preparation, promotional activities, and campaign logistics as required.
· Perform other duties and ad hoc projects assigned by the Integrated Marketing team.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Experience
· Previous internship or campus project experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or social media is preferred but not required.
· Experience with content creation, student organizations, or event planning is an advantage.
· Strong interest in integrated marketing, branding, digital marketing, and social media.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content creation tools.
Education
· Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
