The Opportunity
Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Sales & Marketing Manager, Ramp Strategy to support the rapid growth of the Hyatt Inclusive Collection (HIC) globally and our expanding footprint across Latin America & the Caribbean (LAC) . In this role, you will help shape and execute strategic sales initiatives that strengthen market presence, accelerate commercial ramp, and position new and transitioning all-inclusive (globally) and Hyatt legacy brands in LAC for success.
You will partner closely with regional and global Marketing, Revenue Management, and Commercial teams to build demand-driving strategies, cultivate key accounts, and support hotels through all phases of pre-opening and transition. This is a highly collaborative, high-impact role designed to support the commercial readiness and long-term revenue trajectory of our HIC & LAC portfolio.

The Role
The Sales & Marketing Manager, Ramp Strategy is responsible for executing pre-opening and transition strategies across both sales and marketing for a portfolio of new and converting hotels. This role plays a critical part in shaping a property's brand positioning, driving early demand, and ensuring commercial readiness to support a successful market entry and sustained ramp phase.
This individual will bring together integrated go-to-market strategies across digital marketing, sales activation, and distribution—aligned with each hotel's segmentation, brand positioning, and revenue goals. The role partners closely with regional and global Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management teams, as well as agency partners, to accelerate topline performance and deliver on Hyatt's Commercial Services strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a rolling portfolio of pre-opening and transitioning hotels, primarily within the Hyatt Inclusive Collection and LAC region
Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing ramp strategies aligned with hotel segmentation, positioning, and revenue targets
Build and manage project timelines, trackers, and cross-functional workflows to ensure on-time, market-ready execution
Sales Strategy & Activation
· Partner with regional and global Sales teams to identify key accounts, activate partnerships, and drive early demand from priority source markets
· Support contracting, account onboarding, RFP readiness, and rate loading to ensure commercial readiness
Build property-specific sales toolkits, presentations, and collateral for trade, wholesale, group, MICE, and key distribution partners
· Facilitate introductions and engagement between hotels and strategic accounts during pre-opening
· Support trade and wholesale activation through co-op opportunities, events, FAM trips, and sales missions
· Conduct competitive landscape assessments and provide recommendations on positioning, pricing, and sales strategy
Marketing Strategy & Execution
·
Implement marketing strategies with a strong focus on the digital ecosystem, including Hyatt.com, paid media, and content management
· Partner with agency teams to develop and execute digital media plans tailored to regional audiences
· Activate paid, owned, and earned media to build awareness and accelerate demand pre- and post-opening
· Oversee creative development, content production, and asset readiness for launch
· Localize messaging and creative assets for regional audiences in collaboration with localization partners

Manage opening-phase marketing budgets and forecasting
Performance & Insights
· Analyze campaign and sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to hotel teams, commercial leaders, and ownership groups
· Track sales activity, pace, and account engagement to ensure alignment with ramp targets
· Identify best practices and key learnings from each opening to continuously improve ramp strategies across the region
· Travel up to 25% as required, based on openings, and regional needs
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Experience Required:
· 3–5 years of sales experience within hospitality, travel, or related fields
· Experience managing multi-property or regional portfolios preferred
· Strong understanding of all-inclusive market channels, wholesale distribution, and LAC travel buyer ecosystems
· Experience collaborating with LAC/HIC Sales & Marketing and Commercial teams on market-entry or ramp strategies
· Deep expertise in digital marketing strategy, media planning and optimization required.
· Understanding of LAC feeder markets, competitive landscapes, and key commercial challenges
· Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required
· Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
· Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, matrixed, global environment
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Experience Preferred:
· Previous hotel/hospitality sales & marketing experience, particularly in all-inclusive or resort environments
· Strong project management and organizational skills
· Experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
· Highly self-motivated and effective at prioritizing and executing tasks under pressure
