The Opportunity

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Sales & Marketing Manager, Ramp Strategy to support the rapid growth of the Hyatt Inclusive Collection (HIC) and our expanding footprint globally. In this role, you will help shape and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives that strengthen market presence, accelerate commercial ramp, and position new and transitioning all-inclusive hotels for success.

You will partner closely with regional and global Commercial teams to build demand-driving strategies, cultivate key accounts, and support hotels through all phases of pre-opening and transition. This is a highly collaborative, high-impact role designed to support the commercial readiness and long-term revenue trajectory of our HIC portfolio.

The Role

The Sales & Marketing Manager, Ramp Strategy HIC is responsible for executing pre-opening and transition sales and marketing strategies for a portfolio of new and converting hotels within the HIC portfolio globally. You will play a vital role in shaping commercial readiness, driving early demand, activating key account relationships, developing digital marketing plans, creative and content needs – supporting hotels through a successful launch to sustained ramp phase.

You'll work closely with regional and global Sales teams, Revenue Management, and the broader Commercial organization to implement effective go-to-market strategies tailored to each property's brand, segmentation, and key feeder markets.

Additional responsibilities include:

Manage a portfolio of pre-opening or transitioning hotels, within the Hyatt Inclusive Collection

·
Support the development and execution of comprehensive sales and marketing ramp plans aligned to hotel positioning, segmentation and revenue targets

·
Collaborate with regional and global Sales teams to identify key accounts, activate partnerships, and drive early-source markets

·
Support contracting, account onboarding, RFP readiness, and rate loading to ensure hotels are commercially prepared for launch

·
Build property-specific sales toolkits and presentations for trade, wholesale, group, MICE, and key distribution partners

·
Facilitate introductions and consultations between hotels and key strategic accounts during pre-opening

·
Assist hotels in developing sales collateral, presentations, and assets aligned with HIC brand expectations

·
Support the execution of digital marketing strategies including developing digital and social assets for paid media, building online listings, website content development and photography support.

·
Support trade and wholesale activation through co-op opportunities and participation in key events, FAMs, and sales missions

·
Provide ongoing reporting on marketing performance including ROAS and help implement campaign optimizations, sales activities, pace, and account engagement to hotel teams, commercial leads, and ownership groups

·
Identify insights and best practices from each opening to inform future ramp strategy across the region

·
Travel up to 15% as required (depending on openings, tradeshows, and regional activities)

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Experience Required:

· 
3–5 years of sales experience within hospitality, travel, or related fields

· 
Experience managing multi-property or regional sales portfolios preferred

· 
Experience with digital marketing campaign development and creative development

· 
Strong understanding of all-inclusive market, channels, marketing partners, wholesale distribution, and LAC travel buyer ecosystems

· 
Experience collaborating with HIC Sales and Commercial teams on market-entry or ramp strategies

· 
Understanding of LAC feeder markets, competitive landscapes, and key commercial challenges

· 
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required

· 
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills

· 
Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, matrixed, global environment

· 
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field

Experience Preferred:

· 
Previous hotel/hospitality sales experience, particularly in all-inclusive or resort environments

· 
Strong project management and organizational skills

· 
Experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

· 
Highly self-motivated and effective at prioritizing and executing tasks under pressure
