Job description
· Maintains the Training Academy Intranet Site
· Helps Department Heads and Tutors to enroll students to training programmes
· Adds lessons into the total syllabus
· Updates employee information – new joins and leavers
· Amends employee’s department and position as required
· Assists the Training Academy team to co-ordinate with department heads and tutors regarding suitable course schedules
· Assists Academic Staff to set up training venues.
· Update “First Aider” and Fire Ambassador lists and schedule additional training as required
Desired profile
Qualifications :
University Degree/Diploma – preference given to Human Resources or business-related degrees /· Experience of working in hotel-related operational positions would be a useful benefit
