Qualifications :

QUALIFICATIONS

- Education : bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality/related field

- Language Skills : a good working knowledge of English and proficiency in local language

- Experience : relevant internship & work experience in hotel or hospitality operations

- Skills : strong communication & interpersonal skills, creative problem-solving, and cultural awareness

- Personal Attribute : passionate about hospitality, high adaptability & resilience, and curious about global hospitality trends

- Assignment : eligibility to work at the same hotel upon program completion subject to local labor legislations

- Work Permit : must have valid work authorization in Costa Rica
