Job description
·
Ensure the smooth and efficient operation and maintenance of Information Systems.
·
Supervise and direct staff to ensure productivity aligns with Hyatt Design Standards and Criteria, as well as the Hyatt International Finance Operations Manual.
·
Maintain all necessary licenses, ensuring they are complete and current.
·
Ensure the availability of stationery and consumables required for Information Systems.
·
Keep software within the Property Management System updated to the latest release as directed by the Area Director of Information Systems.
·
Optimize employee productivity through multi-skilling, multitasking, and flexible scheduling to achieve the financial goals of the business while meeting guest expectations.
·
Prioritize improving productivity and prudently managing utility and payroll costs within established guidelines, ensuring optimal deployment and energy efficiency of all equipment.
·
Advise hotel management on potential enhancements through existing or new Information Systems and technological advancements.
·
Address guest and employee inquiries courteously and efficiently; report complaints or issues when immediate solutions are not available, ensuring timely follow-up.
·
Assist in preparing the annual Finance Business Plan, ensuring divisional objectives align with the overall business goals of the hotel and the needs of employees.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
·
A minimum of three years' experience in a comparable role.
·
Experience with pre-opening operations is preferred.
·
Demonstrated background in luxury hospitality within both resort and urban city environments.
·
Proficient communication skills in both spoken and written English
