Your Role
As the Sales Manager, Ramp Strategy & Central Hotel Services - EAME , you will play a pivotal role in accelerating commercial performance for newly opening or transitioning hotels during the critical ramp-up period. You will ensure short- and mid-term sales strategies are tailored to each hotel's unique positioning, market entry goals, and commercial potential.
You will proactively identify and pursue revenue-generating opportunities through market intelligence, strategic targeting, and professional selling practices. Key focus areas include the negotiated transient and group segments, prospecting and converting new business, and partnering with hotel teams on property-specific commercial goals. You will also support tactical action plans that accelerate sales traction and align with broader commercial strategies.
You will leverage data, sales tools, and lead-generation platforms to optimize funnel management, respond to inbound demand, and drive proactive outbound sales efforts.
This role is instrumental in creating sales momentum during a time of heightened need, requiring agility, strong communication, and a deep understanding of sales systems, hotel operations, and ramp strategy. Success depends on quickly adapting, building strong stakeholder relationships, and maintaining a sharp focus on performance outcomes.
Your Responsibilities
Sales Execution & Lead Management

Serve as the primary sales driver for opening and transitioning EAME hotels, delivering early-stage commercial success.

Manage and prioritize incoming group and transient leads with urgency and professionalism.
·
Qualify opportunities, understand hotel goals, and develop tailored, competitive proposals.
·
Submit corporate transient RFPs via Cvent Transient in partnership with participating hotels.
·
Use Envision and CSM to manage accounts, track pipeline activity, and maintain accurate records.
·
Coordinate with Revenue and Marketing to ensure sales efforts align with pricing and brand positioning.
·
Support activation of key distribution channels and commercial partnerships during the ramp phase.
Business Development & Prospecting
·
Conduct proactive outreach to generate new business across high-potential segments and markets.
·
Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify target accounts and white space opportunities.
·
Develop account strategies informed by market intelligence and Envision data.
·
Leverage Hyatt tools and databases to uncover new accounts and build demand during openings or transitions.
·
Collaborate with regional sales teams to ensure smooth account handovers post-stabilization.
Reporting & Sales Funnel Management
·
Maintain a clear, organized sales funnel across group and transient segments.
·
Provide regular updates on lead status, prospecting activity, and conversion progress.
·
Use dashboards and analytics to evaluate performance and adjust strategies in real time.
·
Track ramp-specific KPIs—such as booking pace, conversion rates, and segment mix—to inform future ramp strategies.
Ramp Team Collaboration
·
Partner with Revenue, Marketing, and Distribution to align sales tactics with hotel positioning and pricing.
·
Act as a trusted partner to property leadership, advocating for commercial priorities during ramp.
·
Participate in ramp performance reviews and share sales insights to shape strategy.
· Support onboarding and enablement of property-level sales teams to ensure continuity post-ramp
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Your Qualifications & Experience
·
3–5 years of hotel sales experience, ideally in a centralized, multi-property, or above-property role.
·
Strong understanding of group and corporate transient segments.
·
Proficiency with CRM and RFP tools
·
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
·
Proven ability to manage multiple hotel stakeholders and tailor sales strategies to diverse property needs.
·
Highly organized with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
·
Experience supporting hotel openings, transitions, or ramp-up commercial performance.
·
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
