Job description

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Housing Handy Man is responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Housing Department.

· Perform all electrical, & plumbing work.

· General building cleaning (in doors & outdoors), trash disposal & maintenance of the garden.

· Install, replace floor tiles, grouting & piping as needed.

· Repair & paint doors, windows, walls, cupboards, ceilings & other parts of the compound.

· Attended to IT related issues.

· Preparation of arrival rooms.

· Managing inventory (arrival items & maintenance items).

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Minimum 2 years work experience as Handyman in a hotel or in a similar large building/complex; or Minimum 2 years college or technical school; or 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or Equivalent combination of education and experience
