Corporate Management Training Program at Hyatt
Are you a talented and ambitious individual ready to launch your career in hospitality operations? Hyatt's Corporate Management Training (CMT) Program is a comprehensive hotel management program designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and real-world experience needed to excel as a future Front Office leader. As a Front Office CMT, you'll develop your management capabilities, gain deep exposure in your area of specialization, gain insights into other hotel departments, and make meaningful contributions to your hotel's success.
What You'll Experience: Program Highlights
Our 10-month program includes:
· Technical Skills Module: Develop a strong foundation in Front Office operations, service standards, guest interaction, and operational procedures.
· Management Module: Gain practical experience in supervising daily operations, coordinating teams, and supporting service excellence at the Front Office.
· Rotation Module: Gain a holistic understanding of hotel operations by rotating through various departments, including:
o Housekeeping
o Reservations
o Food & Beverage
· Leadership Development: Participate in team leading tasks, management projects, and various leadership initiatives.
· Mentorship & Coaching: Work closely with assigned program managers and mentors to guide your development.
· Customized Training Plan: You will receive a personalized training plan tailored to your individual career objectives and developmental needs.

· Relevant Experience: Previous internship or work experience in Front Office operations, guest services, or other guest-facing roles within hospitality is highly preferred.
· Eligibility & Language Requirements: EU citizenship and proficiency in Croatian and English are required.
