Job description

· Oversee the overall functioning and administration of all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and banquets.
· Ensure all outlets operate in line with Hyatt brand standards and established operational procedures.
· Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic planning, cost control, and effective resource management.
· Develop and implement marketing initiatives to enhance guest experience and increase outlet visibility.
· Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
· Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining service quality and addressing feedback proactively.
· Lead, mentor, and develop the Food & Beverage team to achieve operational excellence.
· Collaborate with other departments to support overall hotel operations and business objectives

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
·  Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or as an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage in a reputed hotel.
·  Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
·  Proven ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.
·  Excellent communication and guest service orientation.
·  Strong understanding of food & beverage operations, trends, and market dynamics.
