Food & Beverage Supervisor at Hyatt Centric Melbourne:

Hyatt Centric Melbourne is seeking a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional to play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences across our restaurant and events operations. You will support daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and uphold Hyatt's premium service standards.

Some of the responsibilities include:

· Supervise and support Food & Beverage team members to deliver outstanding service
· Oversee daily restaurant and event operations
· Manage cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers
· Assist with staff rostering and scheduling
· Train and onboard new employees in line with Hyatt standards
· Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and OHS requirements
· Support the implementation of Hyatt brand standards and service excellence

About You:

· 2 years minimum of experience as a Supervisor in a fast-paced 5 star hotel restaurant environment
· Minimum 2 years of section waiter experience
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
· Valid Victorian RSA certificate
· Strong customer service skills
· Excellent communication, problem-solving ability and can do mindset
· Sound knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service
