About the Role

At Park Hyatt Marrakech, we believe that exceptional dining experiences are at the heart of creating unforgettable stays. We are looking for a passionate and inspiring Food & Beverage Manager to lead our Food & Beverage operations and deliver the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Reporting to the hotel leadership team, you will oversee all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring operational excellence, outstanding guest satisfaction, and strong commercial performance while fostering a culture of collaboration, development, and care for our colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and oversee the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, lounges, in-room dining, and banquet operations.
· Ensure an exceptional and consistent luxury guest experience in line with Hyatt brand standards.
· Develop, coach, and inspire managers and colleagues, creating a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous learning.
· Drive operational excellence through effective planning, quality assurance, and service innovation.
· Monitor departmental financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, labor productivity, revenue optimization, and cost control.
· Work closely with the culinary team to develop memorable dining concepts and seasonal offerings.
· Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
· Collaborate with all hotel departments to deliver seamless guest experiences and successful events.
· Analyze business performance and identify opportunities to continuously improve guest satisfaction and operational results.

Qualifications

·  Previous leadership experience in Food & Beverage within an upscale or luxury hotel environment.
·  Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
·  Strong operational knowledge across restaurants, bars, banquets, and luxury service standards.
·  Solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and departmental profitability.
·  Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
·  Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
·  Fluent English and French are required. Arabic would be considered an advantage.

This opportunity is currently advertised as a Food & Beverage Manager position. However, for an exceptional candidate with significant luxury hospitality experience and a strong track record of strategic leadership, we would be open to considering the role at the Director of Food & Beverage level.
