As Director of Food & Beverage , you will shape and lead the entire F&B offering for one of Australia's most exciting luxury lifestyle hotel openings. This is a rare opportunity to build from the ground up and define the food, drink, energy and culture of Australia's first ANdAZ.
About the hotel
ANdAZ Gold Coast is a rooms-led luxury lifestyle hotel where the venues are the experience.
No ballrooms. No convention business. No traditional event engine.
Instead, you'll lead a vibrant collection of destination venues designed to stand on their own while working together as one connected F&B story.
The venues
You will oversee:

the biggest pool club on the Gold Coast
·
a signature restaurant
·
a stunning lounge
·
a bespoke cocktail and wine bar
·
in-room dining
·
special events, private buyouts and suite-based experiences
About the role
This is a hands-on senior leadership role where you will drive:
·
full pre-opening F&B strategy and execution
·
recruitment, culture and team development
·
commercial performance across all venues
·
guest programming, activations and partnerships
·
service standards, compliance and operational excellence
·
collaboration with Rooms, Marketing and Guest Experience
You will be a visible leader, a strong culture builder and someone who knows how to create experiences that feel relevant, exciting and commercially smart.

Qualifications :
What we're looking for
You will bring:
·
senior F&B leadership experience in a luxury, lifestyle or international five-star hotel
·
strong pre-opening or major transformation experience is highly regarded
·
a creative mindset with a sharp understanding of guest trends and market relevance
·
a genuine passion for leading teams and creating a high-performance culture
·
experience building community partnerships and local connections
·
strong commercial capability across P&L, forecasting, revenue strategy and cost control
·
full Australian working rights or Australian citizenship need only apply
