You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent service to the guests. The Demi Chef de Partie - Dim Sum is responsible for providing an exceptional culinary experience to the guests, specializing in authentic and innovative dim sum dishes.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open to Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
· Ideally with an apprenticeship or professional diploma/degree in Culinary Education.
· Minimum 2 years of work experience as Commis Chef or similar role, preferably in Dim Sum or Asian cuisine in international hotels or F&B establishments.
· Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
· The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.
