The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and talented Demi Chef de Partie to join our Events Kitchen team. In this role, you will support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in delivering high-quality culinary offerings for banquets, conferences, weddings, and large-scale events. You will help ensure consistency, creativity, and excellence in every dish prepared, contributing to memorable guest experiences across all Hyatt event spaces.

Who You Are
Culinary diploma or equivalent certification.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Italian cuisine, with expertise in pasta preparation.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for authentic flavors.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
