Program Overview：
This 12-month Corporate Management Trainee (CMT) Program is thoughtfully designed to develop operational excellence, leadership capabilities, and cross-functional exposure. It is designed for graduates with potential to become an integral member of our leadership team. It is individually customized to provide them the additional development needed to progress rapidly within our company. We are looking for Food & Beverages and Front Office trainee.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Qualifications
・Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality / related field
・A good working knowledge of English and Japanese (N2 level is preferable)
・Relevant internship & work experience in hotel or hospitality operations is an advantage
・Strong communication & interpersonal skills, creative problem-solving, and cultural awareness
・Passionate about hospitality, high adaptability & resilience, and curious about global hospitality trends.
・Strategic thinking and ability to contribute to long-term goals
・Computer and administration skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoints)
・A clear ambition to grow into a managerial and leadership role within Hyatt's properties.
