Cook Helper Pastry will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. an outstanding Cook Helper Pastry should be able to follow all food health and safety regulations and display exceptional organizational skills to ensure the timely completion of kitchen duties.

Prior experience in a commercial baking/ pastry operation preferred

Knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools preferred
·
Highly responsible and reliable
·
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
·
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
·
Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
·
Ability to stand for long periods of time
·
Valid for Indonesian citizen only
