Job description
- Demonstrate passion about food and ingredients in every moment.
- Assist that outlet is running efficiently according to the established concept statements and adhere to Company and Hotel Policies and Procedures.
- Assist in high quality service and food production standards in outlet and events.
- Follow the guidelines for plating presentations.
- Ensures that all the process maintains the standards of HACCO and ISO2200.
- Ensures only fresh products are used in Food and Beverage preparation.
- Implement food safety programs and procedures.
- Always practice safety in handling food.
- Performing personal and environmental hygiene in food and beverage business
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Indonesian Nationality with a degree in Hospitality or Business Management
· Experience in Teppanyaki
· Has minimum 1 (one) year experience in a similar position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel Chain
· Previous experience in Luxury Hotel or international experience are advantages
· Basic English communication skills and strong guest service mindset
