Because we are looking for a Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing for our two Amsterdam properties!

What does the ROLE entail?

You are the commercial heartbeat behind Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht and Hyatt Regency Amsterdam — leading all Sales, Marketing, and Communications initiatives across both properties.

·
You shape and execute data-driven sales strategies to grow market share and maximise revenue streams across Rooms, Events, and F&B.

·
You own the brand voice — aligning creative campaigns, PR, content, and partnerships with our guest personas and market position.

·
You lead, coach, and empower a multi-functional team — from Sales Managers to the Social Media Specialist — and drive collaboration between departments.

·
You manage our key partnerships, PR agencies, and digital platforms — ensuring we stay relevant, visible, and ahead of the curve.

·
You embrace performance metrics, demand calendars, and forecasting as part of your daily rhythm.

·
You curate experiences that reflect the vibrancy of our brands, working closely with Revenue, Operations, and Regional teams.

You are the connector — between data and decisions, brand and business, guest and experience.

Qualifications :

Your EXPERIENCE:

· 
A degree or certification in Hospitality, Communications, or Business Administration;

· 
At least 3 years' experience managing multiple properties and a track record of commercial success;

· 
Great language and communication skills in English and in Dutch;

· 
Great organizational and planning skills;

· 
An eye for detail;

· 
Legally allowed to work in the Netherlands, holding an EU/EEA passport or a valid work permit for the country (we do not assist with Visa / permit applications).
