We have an exciting opportunity for full-time Bartender to join our Lobby Lounge team.
Located adjacent to Darling Harbour in Sydney's Central Business District, Hyatt Regency Sydney is a haven of relaxation for the business or leisure traveller. The Role:
Located in the heart of the hotel, Lobby Lounge offers a place for old friends and new to connect and relax. This venue is an intimate, casual and elegant space, which pays homage to the harbour side location of the hotel.
Our Bartender in Lobby Lounge is an individual who is passionate about their craft and wishes to move into a vibrant and dynamic working environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the service and preparation of wine, beers, spirits, cocktails and coffees. With the opportunity to develop cocktails using unique ingredients and methods, there is always something to learn in this role.
Our Ideal Candidate will possess:
· Previous bar and service experience in a similar environment
· A strong knowledge of classic cocktails
· Barista skills is advantageous
· The ability to work autonomously and thrive in a dynamic environment
· Availability to work 38 hours per week on a rotating, 7 day roster (including daytime, evening and weekend shifts)
· A current NSW RSA
· Full working rights in Australia
