As Assistant Manager – Human Resources, you will play a key role in leading and supporting the HR function across the cluster. You will drive recruitment, onboarding, colleague engagement, and HR operations while promoting a culture that reflects Hyatt's values. This role is ideal for someone who is strategic, empathetic, and passionate about people and development.
What You'll Be Doing
· Partnering with department heads to implement effective recruitment strategies across Hyatt.jobs, LinkedIn, and other platforms
· Leading the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth transition for new colleagues
· Supporting performance management, talent development, and succession planning initiatives
· Overseeing HR administration including payroll, benefits, and recognition programs
· Ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and Hyatt policies
· Promoting colleague engagement through wellness, inclusion, and recognition programs
· Acting as a culture ambassador, reinforcing Hyatt's EVP and values across all properties
· Providing operational support to the Director of Human Resources and contributing to strategic HR planning
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Qualifications
· University Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Hotel Management, or a business-related field
· Minimum 2 years of HR experience in hospitality or a similar industry
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
· Knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices
· Multi-linguistic skills are a plus
· A proactive, empathetic, and solutions-oriented mindset
