Assistant Manager – Guest Relations
We are seeking unique and passionate individuals to join our team as we continue to provide rate and intimate experiences in the heart of Gangnam.
The Park Hyatt Seoul is looking for the Assistant Manager – Guest Relations who will be Collaborate closely with Rooms division to support operational flow, room release coordination, guest requests, and experience enhancement initiatives, Act as a bridge between Operations teams to ensure seamless guest journey, especially for international market guests, Contribute insights to guest experience SOPs, onboarding, and service-quality improvements with HR and Operations when needed.
This position is ranked from as Assistant Manager level, and will report to the Director of Rooms.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
· Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
· Fluent both in English and Korean.
