    Description    
 
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager - Concierge is responsible to assist the Front Office Manager in managing the guest service department to ensure maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the Concierge operation and administration.
Desired profile
  Qualifications :    
·  Thai Nationality with a diploma in Hospitality or Business Management 
·  Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or in Supervisory level in Front Office/ Guest Relations in luxury resort or urban city 
·  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
·  Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must. 
·  Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English  
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy  
·  Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Opera Cloud, or similar) 
·  Membership of the Clef's d'Or would be an asset.
