The Wealth Services Specialist provides trade execution and account support services to the Wealth Private Banking Premier client base, including advisor-led and Self-Directed via phone and email. The Specialist also supports inquiries from Wealth Centers and internal clients such as Wealth Relationship Managers, Wealth Operations staff, Compliance and Sales Management. Responsible for receiving and executing domestic and international securities orders and providing high quality information and brokerage account maintenance services to clients, internal and external, and in multiple languages.

The Wealth Services Desk covers the full span of the client continuum; therefore, specialists may also cover for High Net Worth client order entry and customer service support as needed

 As our Wealth Services Specialist you will:

·  Attend to phone lines in queue, service clients accordingly, efficiently within existing guidelines, in English or other languages as available
·  Receive and execute buy/sell orders for equities, options, fixed income, structured products, mutual funds and foreign currencies
·  Perform account maintenance services upon client request
·  Initiate Forms (IRA distribution, ACH, Journal, etc.)
·  Support clients for Tax reporting needs
·  Support Premier/ High Net Worth brokerage trade inquiry/correction requests
·  Support Premier/ High Net Worth brokerage for corporate reorgs election completion
·  Support Middle Office and Operations on all trade related matters and reports
·  Support Sales Management and Regulatory Compliance
·  Respond to regulatory inquiries as needed
·  Receive, review, and analyze a variety of reports and documents for accuracy
·  Maintain proper desk activity record

For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $68,000.00 and $101,900.00

The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, additional languages proficiency and specific work location.

Requirements

You´ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:

·  Licensed Registered Representative, Series 7 and Series 63 mandatory, in addition S66/65 preferred
·  Proven experience in financial services industry or equivalent
·  Having a second language is a plus:  Mandarin, Spanish or Portuguese
·  A strong knowledge of investment products, markets and traditional and non-traditional service providers as well as regulations affecting area of responsibility
·  Well-spoken and well written, with a people focused attitude
·  Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities with tact, diplomacy and confidentiality
