Role Purpose

TWM Wealth Development leads the Taiwan implementation of our Group Wealth Management strategy to deliver world-class solutions to retail and affluent clients seeking to grow, protect, preserve or transfer their wealth. This involves the development, deployment and management of foreign exchange, deposit, investment, insurance and financing products, as well as the provision of suitable research, financial planning, discretionary and advisory services on robust scalable platforms, within a tight risk and control framework. Our team comprises seasoned professionals who are innovative, collaborative and diligent, relish change and can thrive in a matrix environment spanning functions, cultures and regions. They work closely with various teams within RBWM, communication and advisory specialists, partnering with sales and distribution teams to engage clients across channels. They also engage with our internal and external network of product and services providers to deliver an institutionalized offering that can adapt and serve the needs of our vast franchise.

The role has overall responsibility for distribution of wealth products, including Cash & Transactional FX, FX/Commodities derivatives, UT, Bonds, ETFs, Dual Currency Investments, Structured Products, or Insurance with an emphasis on product strategy development and management, platform and controls oversight, and ownership of the product P&L. The role requires interface with global, regional and country teams across Wealth, Risk, Markets, Operations and Technology, as well as Sales & Distribution, Proposition and Marketing functions to deliver competitive solutions that meet client needs.

·  Managing the development and launch of Wealth products to fulfill the needs on Basic Banking and the PERML on wealth.
·  Driving the oversight and control of the Wealth and product governance with tracking mechanisms as well as controlling concentration along various risk parameters
·  Driving the distribution of Wealth products in coordination with channel managers, regional sales leads and country wealth management teams relevant channels
·  Establishing distinct Wealth offerings for the range of client needs including execution, controlled advice and discretionary solution seekers with distinctions by client segment, especially Top Tier clients.
·  Ensuring a high level of compliance in product governance for Wealth products, including systems platforms, oversight processes, quality checks and reporting
·  Take on such roles and or projects as directed from time to time
·  Communicating and translating product strategy to the distribution channels.. Developing and drive a standardized approach for client engagement by channels, equipping servicing teams with appropriate tools and capabilities. Drive product campaigns and oversee the distribution of Banking & Financing Products in coordination with channel managers, sales leads and country wealth teams.
·  Leveraging capabilities in Managed Products, Securities, Fixed Income products, Investment Insights, Financial Planning, Business/Platform Implementation and Product & Advice Control within the wider Regional WD team to implement the broader strategy.
·  Developing effective Wealth and Market interfaces in product development and performance manage all key internal and external stakeholders effectively in the product development and deployment, and country oversight process. 

Information

·  Financial industry and experience is required
·  Experiences in the related wealth product lines (UT, ETF, Fixed Income, Structured Products, FX, Liabilities, Insurance) are essential.
·  Wealth product manager will be a mandatory experience
·  The experience as the individual contributor and a team leader in specific product line is a plus.
·  GPAD covered
·  Mandatory license: 金融市場常識與職業道德 / 證卷商業務人員 / 證券商高級業務人員 or 投信投顧業務員 / 結構型商品或衍生性商品銷售人員
