We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of  Senior Analyst - Financial Crime (FC) Detection and Digital Enablement (DE)

Principal responsibilities

·  Build insights and data assets aligned to business outcomes and strategic data models.
·  Gather detailed data requirements from stakeholders to deliver analytics use cases (e.g. triggers).
·  Deliver analytics PoCs that allow our businesses and clients to identify new opportunities.
·  Leverage current and emerging data and analytical techniques to address business challenges in an actionable way.
·  Unlock opportunities to derive higher returns with improved Data Quality.
·  Uncover data inconsistencies across consuming systems.

Requirements

·  Knowledge of Sanctions policy and role played by regulators i.e OFAC, PRA, HKMA etc.
·  Knowledge of 3 Lines of Defense
·  Strong written communication skills t
·  Ability to explain complex information effectively to those with less knowledge in a simplified manner
·  Existing Financial Crime Detection capabilities and the limitations therein
·  Awareness of technological advancements in Financial Crime detection capabilities
