We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Vice President Information Management 

Principal responsibilities

·  Prepare and talk to presentations to senior stakeholders to influence, update and obtain approvals (including presentations at the Service Management Forums)
·  Identify and form relationships with similar MI organisations in the Bank to maintain best in class and best practice
·  Engage with Group Risk and Compliance Innovation to be on the front foot regarding emerging technologies in the MI space
·  The position requires to Lead & Manage the delivery of On-going process, key reports/ dashboards within the agreed timelines and as per the agreed quality standards.
·  Develop and successfully manage and lead variety of projects which could be offshoring related or new report/ dashboard development. Improvement and streamlining of existing report production processes
·  Is expected to use judgment and expertise in evaluating complex and competing requests. Typical deliverables include but are not limited to doing Impact Assessments, creating project plans, understanding business requirements, propose solutions, develop/ lead project teams to deliver as per the requirements
·  Implement effective controls and ensure adherence to procedures & other business specific regulations.
·  The position holder will be responsible to manage and maintain the billing for the DAO team based in Bangalore and also obtain approvals as required (including resourcing and recruitment)  

Requirements

·  A Masters/ Bachelor’s degree preferable in IT/ Computer Science/ Finance or equivalent experience
·  10 – 15 years of proven and progressive work in a reporting team, project-oriented environment, including management consulting, project management and/or business analysis experience
·  3-5 years of experience in a Risk and Compliance function is a must
·  Proven ability to distil complex and varied data into information that can be utilised by the global functions to manage and measure performance
·  Should be effective in guidance, leadership and stakeholder management.
·  Experience in metrics, data analysis and providing management intelligence (MI) or other reporting.
·  Previous experience working on improving process and procedures
·  Knowledge of Business Intelligence, Reporting, Automation Tools and Data Warehouse solutions is a plus.
