Job content:

·  To plan, manage and control all aspects of team operations to ensure optimum levels of operational efficiency is achieved and to meet business and operating objectives as well as regulatory reporting
·  Foster positive client relationships.
·  Initiate system enhancement requirement and work with GTAP team and BS manager for the department, clients and regulator.
·  Improve standard of service and operational efficiency.
·  Manage and develop staff
·  Safeguard the Bank from potential loss
·  Ensure that the business/ department complies with all relevant laws, rules and regulations Group standards set by the Group and relevant authorities

Information

·  Bachelor or above university degree.
·  Has strong expertise and experience in securities industry asset management company or in commercial/ institutional banking experience
·  Ability to prioritize and work independently under pressure within a team environment
·  Familiar with Excel, word
·  Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
·  Organized, self-initiated an detail oriented
·  Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
·  Trust L3 & Internal Control Licenses are required
·  GPAD covered
