We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Vice President Functions Global Records Officer

Business: DAO

Principal responsibilities

·  Oversee and support Records Retention & data privacy across Functions globally.
·  Support the development and embedding of the Records Retention operating model across Functions.
·  Oversee and support Data Sharing activities across Functions globally including understanding and communicating changes to laws and regulations.
·  Provide central guidance and communications to stakeholders and effectively address any queries.
·  Regular engagement with Risk Stewards and other ‘Second Line of Defense’ parties.
·  Effectively represent Functions in Working Groups and other similar forums.
·  Potential management of broader Functional Records Retention resources
·  Communication, guidance and sharing of best practice.

Requirements

·  Core understanding of Banking and the activities of common functions such as Finance/Risk/HR/Compliance
·  Core understanding of applying data retention and privacy controls across systems
·  Experience in managing and understanding various and differing global requirements
·  Strong team management experience
·  Strong communication and stakeholder management experience
·  Ability to work autonomously managing multiple complex matters and a proven delivery-focus
