Retail Banking and Wealth Management serves more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures. It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Staff Universal Banker.

Responsibilities:

·  To provide excellent service through introducing appropriate bank services / products to customers' queries.
·  To perform other operational duties and work as support function.
·  Offer a number of product promos and existing products directly to customers.
·  Conducting HSBC's cross sell product to existing customers.
·  Directs and informs the product digitally and provides technical guidance for accessing the system (digital).
·  Implement administrative follow-up process on products approved by customers.
·  Record and follow up any complaints submitted by the customer.
·  Managing the operational risk in relation to activities and relationships with customers in accordance with prevailing rules and procedures

Requirements:

·  Indonesia Citizen only
·  Bachelor Degree
·  Fresh graduates are welcome; Having experience as Admin Staff would be an advantage
·  Good communication skill
·  Proficiency in English and Computer Literate"
·  Able to work under pressure
·  This position will be placement at Bandung, Balikpapan, Batam, Denpasar, Jakarta, Lampung, Manado, Makassar, Malang, Medan, Pekanbaru, Palembang, Pontianak, Solo, Semarang, Surabaya, Samarinda
